Our thoughts:
Not a bad walking treadmill.... REMEMBER: This treadmill is not made to run or jog on. Most machines in this price point are simply never made to run on. We had issues putting them together a few times with pinched wires. We also had to reorder a few front covers because they were dragging on the belt. Customer service is ok, but you must deal with the company directly. Warranty is basically a roll of the dice. (Not a good one at all!) If your budget is 600 beans, then this might be the best bang for your buck..... We prefer the Life Span TR1200, Xterra Tread or step up to the XT185 Spirit Treadmill if you want a machine you can run on with a great warranty at a similar price point...
