I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying using the Physiostep machine I purchased from your store.
For anyone looking to purchase this machine I would
highly recommend it and say that although it is not inexpensive can you
really put a price tag on your health and wellness.
I am currently in a wheelchair awaiting knee
replacement operations for both knees as I have no cartilage left in
either knee. I wanted a machine that would strengthen my legs, core and
upper body during the workout. I don't want to go into my first knee
operation with no strength as I want my recovery to be as quick as
possible.
I must say the Physiostep is delivering what I
expected and more. After just a couple of 20 minute workouts I felt
stretched out in the legs and stronger. I have been using it daily and
am up to 25 minutes at a time. I am even able to walk short distances
with my cane just to ensure my body doesn't forget how to walk.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for
an overall fitness machine that really works. It is also quiet and the
learning curve was very short about 15 minutes to really get the rhythm
of using the arms and legs. I will also be able to use this machine for
my recovery after the knee operation as it is easy to get on and the
stride is not to compressed. I find it fun to work out on this machine
and that's important if I'm going to keep using it.
Wow. Perfect excercise machine for bad back, knees (5 Stars)

This review is from: HCI Fitness PhysioStep RXT-1000 Recumbent Elliptical Trainer (Sports)
A couple of years ago I had great weight loss
success working out on a traditional elliptical machine. However, I
developed a knee injury that made it too difficult/painful to do the
ellipctical motion, and the weight came back on. This past summer, I
developed 2 herniated discs in my back and one of the discs created
horrid sciatica. It was difficult to walk, sit, do anything. I knew I
needed an exercise machine that would be easy on my back, easy on my
knees and also my shoulder. THIS IS IT! I ordered it in January and it
just came last week and we assembled it over the weekend. I got a GREAT
30 minute workout today, my first day. I am at a point where it is
difficult for me to use a treadmill, even difficult for me to use a
recumbent bike. This machine is very "comfortable" and I was able to get
my heart rate up and break a sweat. For 30 a 30 minute workout, I
burned 165 calories - and that is on par with a workout on a standing
elliptical. The workout felt great, my back/knees did not hurt, and I
feel energized and ALIVE. Love that it doesn't have to be plugged in,
and it has a host of workout programs and also works with the Polar
heart monitoring system. It is a splurge... but overall, it's for your
health. It's so worth it and I would not hesitate to recommend this
machine to anyone. I see myself using this on a daily basis - it is
quiet, so will be very easy to sit and enjoy music, even watch tv while
getting in some great exercise. I LOVE THIS!
